Thermic Fluid Air Heater |
Our highly upgraded technology inputs in the air heating systems include fluid heater with blowers. These are capable of supplying process air heated up to –10 to 500° C at the pressure range upto 150mmwc.
Material Of Construction
Heating coils made of high temperature IBR approved carbon steel boiler tubes with or without hot dip galvanizing Stainless steel tubes having of S.S 304, M.S, Copper, aluminum, as per customer need & specification.
The Thermic fluid air heater is also supplied with centrifugal fan having capacity from 1500cfm to 100000 cfm. The fan can also be manufactured from Mild Steel, Stainless Steel of different grade as per the customer specification.
Working Principle:
Thermic Fluid pump circulates thermic fluid through heating coil, where it receives heat liberated from combustion Heated oil passes through user equipment, where it gives away heat & returns to the thermic fluid heater via deaerator tank.
Air and vapor bubbles are removed Oil that is re-circulated again & again ensuring thermal efficiency of entire system. High Moisture from product is carried away by air through filter bags.
